Terms of Service
Summary
I, as the Artist...
-I reserve the right to post my work anywhere.
-I reserve the right to decline any commission.
-I can cancel the commission if the client stops responding to messages.
-I can post commissions on my social media. Private commissions will have an +80% extra fee.
You, as the Client...
-Payments can be arranged with flexible methods.
-You are welcome to post the commissioned artwork on any website or social media.
-You may not use the artwork for commercial purposes. A commercial license can be purchased separately at any time.
-You retain full rights to the intellectual property (IP) of the character/idea.
Full Information
Payments
-Payment is required in a single transaction to avoid additional PayPal fees.
-Payment can be made either before the commission starts or after you approve the sketch.
-For clients in Mexico, payment will be made via transfer.
-For international clients, payment will be processed through PayPal invoices.
*Paypal fee is around 5.4%
Refund Policy
-Full refund is posible, if the commission has not started yet.
-If you decide to cancel the project mid-way, a refund of up to 40% of the total amount may be issued, depending on the progress of the artwork. Refunds are only possible before the lighting/shading stage begins. Once lighting or shading has started, no refunds will be provided.
-You can not ask for a refund If I can not adjust a major detail when the artwork is already finish or close to be finished.
Edit/Changes
-After the sketching phase (during which you may request major changes), you will only be able to request minor adjustments.
-You are allowed a maximum of 3 revisions. Any additional changes beyond this limit will incur extra charges.
-If the requested change is due to an error on my part, no additional fee will be applied.
DEADLINE
-Feel free to propose a preferred deadline date for the project, but please ensure it is realistic. Most illustrations take me between 2 weeks to 6 weeks, depending on their complexity and level of detail.
Permission
-My artwork falls under CC BY-NC-ND.That means:
-BY (Attribution): You must give appropriate credit to the original creator, include a copyright notice, and indicate if any changes were made.
-NC (NonCommercial): The work may only be used for non-commercial purposes. You may not use the material primarily for monetary gain or commercial advantage.
-ND (NoDerivatives): You may download and share the original work, but you are not allowed to modify, transform, or create derivative works based on it.-Private commissions incur an 80% surcharge on the total price. Since the artwork cannot be posted publicly, the extra fee helps offset the loss of exposure and promotional value.
Commercial Use Restrictions
-Merchandise or any products intended for sale.
-Artwork or graphics created for shops, businesses, or official websites.
-Promotional materials, CD covers, game assets, book covers, social media graphics, icons, and similar commercial projects.
-YouTube assets (banners, avatars, video art, etc.) and the use of my work on any ad-supported platforms or websites.
How I Work
Commission Process
1. When I open commissions, there are a limited number of slots available, the form will remain open until all the slots are filled.
2. I will contact the selected clients via Telegram and may keep a small waiting list.
3. You will be notified once your commission is scheduled to begin.
4. Once commission is about to get started or the sketch is approved, full payment will be required.
Additional Information
-Commissions usually take 2 to 6 weeks to complete, depending on their complexity.
-I typically work on my own content and commissions at the same time.
-I will keep you updated with all progress throughout the process.
